But in fear of being judged by others, they hold themselves down. They conform themselves to something that they think will be accepted or welcomed by others.
In this class, you will experience a dance that will empower your authenticity and overcome this fear of judgment.
This is a space for your expressions to experience freedom and joy, whatever place they are coming from —whether they are light, heavy, happy, sad, angry, firey, flowing or still.

This is a feminine exploratory safe zone with really good high vibrational energy.
And my “easy to follow and understand” teaching method makes this class really accessible for any woman who is ready for it.
Unlock movements that your heart wants to make but your body feels restricted to do.
Feel your own expression of confidence emerge, naturally.
Release the need to make things look “perfect” and start dancing for you.
Embodying feminine truth starts with feeling.
You will learn a beginner dance routine that will channel your inner feelings to flow out through your expression.
